PARTIES AND PURPOSE1

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The total fee, the deposit received, the dates on which the villa was rented in your name and the day and time of the deposit you paid are notified within the rental. In the event that the deposit is not paid, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. may use the right to cancel the pre-reservation and make another reservation for the villa/apartment/flat without informing the customer. The remaining fee of the Villa/Apartment/Flat must be paid in cash to the villa owner after the contract is signed, the Villa/Apartment/Flat is inspected and delivered. ENTERING / EXITING THE VILLA / APARTMENT / FLAT
The earliest check-in time for the villa/apartment/apartment on the reservation start day is 16.00, latest is 20.00. The customer cannot enter the villa/apartment/apartment outside the specified hours, if he/she arrives after the latest check-in time, he/she will be able to enter the villa/apartment/apartment the next day in the morning. VILLA/APARTMENT/FLAT CAPACITY
We do not accept guests in our Villas/Apartments/Flats more than the capacity stated on our website or the number of people stated when making the reservation. (Children and babies are included.) If the customer wants to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized,Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti.’ye Application will be made in writing and will be made according to the capacity of the villa/apartment/flat. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. After entering the villa/apartment/apartment, guests other than those specified in the reservation list are not accepted to the villa/apartment/apartment. VILLA/APARTMENT/FLAT CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES
Daily, weekly, monthly villa/apartment/flat rental prices include entrance cleaning. For stays of 2 (two) weeks and above, weekly cleaning and towel/sheet change etc. are included in the prices. Apart from this, any cleaning and towel/sheet change etc. requested is subject to a fee. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning and if any technical problems occur in the villa during the rental period, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. will be fixed by. In order to perform periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/apartments, the assigned personnel must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment/apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the assigned personnel to enter the villa/apartment/apartment when necessary. Unless otherwise stated on the villa/apartment/apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all of our villas/apartments/apartments, therefore it is recommended that you carefully read the features of the villa/apartment/apartment you rent on our villa/apartment/apartment features page.
PET/CIGARETTE
Unless otherwise stated, pets are strictly not allowed in our villas/apartments/flats. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of all our villas/apartments/flats.
PRICES
The villa/apartment/flat rental fees stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly. The deposit can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or Credit Card payment system.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND REFUND CONDITIONS
From the moment you make the down payment of the villa/apartment/apartment price (via EFT, or Money Order, or Credit Card "in one go or in installments", or Cash, or Mail Order) deposited into our account, a full refund will be made for cancellations made 30 days before your villa/apartment/apartment check-in date. If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti., reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee and to accept another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by speaking on the phone are absolutely not valid. DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer according to the characteristics of each villa/apartment/apartment. This deposit amount will be written in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment and will be returned in cash if the villa/apartment/apartment and the fixtures of the villa/apartment/apartment are not damaged, missing, etc. during the inspection to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment. If the customer wants to leave the villa/apartment/apartment at an earlier hour than stated in the contract or if the villa/apartment/apartment exit check cannot be made due to busyness, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the customer. SWIMMING POOLS
The swimming pool temperatures of our villas/apartments/flats vary depending on the weather conditions and seasonal temperatures. The customer renting the villa/apartment/flat may not be able to enter the pool due to the pool being cold and therefore not being able to use the pool. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible in any way. The customer who will rent the villa/apartment/flat can get information about the weather conditions on the date of renting the villa from the website of the General Directorate of State Meteorology or by calling the General Directorate of State Meteorology.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY
Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. ; The customer is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment/apartment to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready for use. If there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction upon entering the villa/apartment/apartment, the customer Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Apart from this, any accidents, illnesses, injuries, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur and are the responsibility of the customers, and any fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the villa/apartment/flat, and any accidents and accidents Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. INVOICE – TAX

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic appliances and other furniture delivered to them in the villa/apartment/apartment in a working and sound condition. Customers are obliged to leave all kitchenware delivered to them clean in the same way. On the day of departure, the villa/apartment/apartment must be returned with all garbage thrown out and dishes washed. Our customers who will stay in the villas specified on the web page and defined as conservative (villas with pools not visible from outside) will have a 100% invisibility guarantee. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. does not give. In terms of invisibility, customers must ensure their own privacy. In such problems, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. , does not accept liability. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. , cannot be held responsible for such problems.

FORCE MAJEURE
In cases falling within the scope of force majeure Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. and the customer may mutually terminate this contract without incurring any legal liability. Wars in the country, natural disasters in the region where accommodation will be made, epidemics throughout the country will be considered within the scope of force majeure. In cases falling within the “force majeure” clause, the money received, excluding the 40% of the advance payment, will be returned to the customer or the reservation will be put on hold. Advance payment is not refundable.
COMPLAINTS
Customers can immediately report their complaints during their stay in the villa/apartment/apartments. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. ’ye bildireceklerdir. 3) In case the different materials used in the construction of some villas (cedar wood, pine wood, some plastic products, any kind of plant in the garden or inside the villa, etc.) disturb the customer in terms of health or psychology, this incident is prevented. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible in any way.
4) All customers who will stay in our Villas/Apartments/Flats will need a private vehicle. The customer is responsible for their own transportation to the villa/apartment/flat. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible in any way.
5) The customer may obtain a taxi, transfer vehicle or rental car from third parties.Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. , It does not interfere with the transfer or taxi service that will be rented or leased from third parties. It is the customer's own responsibility.
6) If the customer who has rented a villa or apartment or flat is dissatisfied with the geographical location of the villa or apartment or flat he has rented, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible.
7) Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. has marked the approximate location of the villa/apartment/flat on Google Maps.
8) During transportation to the villa/apartment/apartment, your private or rented vehicle may be damaged. Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible.
9) Any negativity that may occur due to the customer renting the villa/apartment/apartment having a vehicle (motorcycle, car etc.) close to the ground, the vehicle's engine power being weak, the customer's inexperience in driving a car, motorcycle etc. and not being able to reach the villa/apartment due to this, is the customer's own responsibility. 16) In cases of funeral, death, wedding, health problem, accident or cancellation of leave of public or private company personnel etc. the rental conditions are strictly valid and there is no cancellation.
17) We recommend that our guests have travel insurance. Insurance is a must to cover any damages that may occur during your holiday, such as accidents, theft, etc. Our company or the villa owner is not responsible for any material or moral problems that may arise.
18) We have the right to cancel and refund payments made without receiving reservation confirmation.
19) Our company has the right to cancel the reservation without stating any reason.
20) Our company or homeowners are not responsible for interruptions caused by service providers (Internet, Electricity, Water, etc.).
If the customer accepts all the conditions we have stated above and tries to terminate the lease agreement by making excuses like these, Karaca Gayrimenkul Turizm İnş. San. Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. may exercise the right to terminate the contract on its own and to demand the contract price.
DISPUTES
Antalya Enforcement Offices and Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise regarding the issues within the scope of this contract.
